Telecasts of SCORE World Desert Championship

     RENO, Nev.—Las Vegas’ SCORE Trophy Truck racer Pat Dean and noted motorsports helmet artist Jason Beam will be both in featured SCORE spotlights during tonight’s SCORE DirtLive HD Internet show at 7 p.m. (PT). Dean is owner of the prominent Patrick’s Signs company of Las Vegas while Beam is owner of Beam Designs, also in Las Vegas.
Dean was the second driver for Cameron Steele, San Clemente, Calif., on the SCORE Trophy Truck team that finished third overall and in the SCORE featured racing division for 850-horsepower, high-tech unlimited production trucks in the recent 47th Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 desert race. Dean has won races in several classes in his desert racing career.
The granddaddy of all desert races was the season finale of the five-race 2014 SCORE World Desert Championship, as this year’s iconic adventure, Nov. 13-15, was a race of 1,275 miles down Mexico’s majestic Baja California peninsula, starting in Ensenada, Baja California Norte and finishing in La Paz, Baja California Sur.
After its live airing tonight at www.score-international.com, it will be re-broadcast continuously on the SCORE website throughout the week ahead.
All exclusive SCORE DirtLive HD interviews, both will air from Steve Olliges’ Team Ford in Las Vegas. Beam has designed and provided the artwork on numerous racers over the years in various forms of motorsports from desert racing to NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers.  He is based in Las Vegas at the Industrial Complex at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

SCORE DirtLive HD will also be streaming live on Saturday starting at 8 p.m. the 2014 SCORE Awards Night being held in the SCORE Tech Shop in El Cajon, Calif., just east of San Diego. Hosts for the evening will be motorsports Television commentator Dave Arnold and top SCORE Trophy Truck racer Gustavo Vildosola Jr of Mexicali, Mexico.
The special video presentation on this week’s SCORE DirtLive HD will be a review of John Langley’s COPs Racing team which had entries in SCORE Trophy Truck, the unlimited Class 1 and Class 10.  While the award-winning TV producer John Langley was the driver of record in Class 10, his son Zak Langley was the driver of record in SCORE Trophy Truck and his other son Morgan Langley was driver of record in the COPs Racing entry in Class 1.
SCORE produces the five-race SCORE World Desert Championship in the U.S. and Mexico that features competition in 25 Pro and 5 Sportsman classes for cars, trucks, UTVs, motorcycles and ATVs.
Finishing its 41st season in 2014 as the World’s Foremost Desert Racing Organization, SCORE International and its racers are featured on the weekly SCORE DirtLive HD broadcasts. This will be the 48th episode of the 2014 SCORE DirtLive HD season. SCORE has its corporate offices in Reno, Nev.
The 2014 season of SCORE DirtLive HD includes numerous on-site interviews in addition to the shows that are broadcast from the SCORE broadcast studios in the SCORE Tech shop in El Cajon, Calif., just east of San Diego.
Desert racing public address announcer and former racer George Antill is the executive producer and host of the show. One of the regular elements of the show on a SCORE social media interchange, allowing fans and racers to comment and ask questions through the SCORE Facebook and SCORE Twitter platforms.  Another special segment most weeks is SCORE Tech Tips with SCORE Tech director Art Savedra.
With several million viewers in nearly 100 countries, the SCORE DirtLive HD one-hour show is broadcast live weekly and the show is anchored in 2014 around the five-race SCORE World Desert Championship.
The program is hosted on ustream.com, the world’s largest streaming internet site.
The high definition shows also include numerous award-winning video highlight packages, most produced by Mexico’s Cactus Films or San Diego’s Tempt Media.
SCORE DirtLive HD also goes on-site live with expanded event coverage during SCORE events. Live event coverage in 2014 includes the entire five-race 2014 SCORE World Desert Championship of two races in the United States and three in Baja California, Mexico.
All races in the 2014 SCORE World Desert Championship series, along with the special SEMA SCORE Baja 1000 Experience and qualifying for the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 from Las Vegas Motor Speedway, are televised on a delayed basis in the USA and Canada as a one-hour special on the CBS Sports Network. The shows, produced by SoCal’s acclaimed BCII TV, air a minimum of two times on the CBS Sports Spectacular show.
All shows are scheduled to premier in the next month following the event. The success of the productions has enabled CBS Sports Network to air multiple airings of the first three 2014 races.  The SCORE San Felipe 250 had 17 extra airings, the SCORE Imperial Valley 250 had five extra airings, and the SCORE Baja 500 garnered seven hours of extra airings in CBS Sports Network.
Following the CBS Sports Network telecasts in the US, the SCORE races air worldwide in over 100 countries through international distribution.
