All race participants under eighteen (18) years of age must have a parent or legal guardian to complete the Minor Waiver form and must be present to sign the Participant Waiver in Registration Check-In at the race. To drive a vehicle/moto/quad must be at least age of 16 with a valid driver’s license. There are special rule requirements and restrictions for minors under sixteen (16) years of age.
