BATTLE FOR A FINISH

The old Baja racing adage of “you have to finish to finish first,” should have been the official tagline for the K&N 4th SCORE Baja 400 Presented by VP Racing Fuels. Since the start of the SCORE Baja 400 race in 2019, the goal for many racers has been to simply get a good starting position for the SCORE Baja 1000 race. For many SCORE Trophy Truck racers, however, the competition is so high that the intent is now to get a win, or at the minimum place in the top five at the finish line, to get a good enough starting position for the next race.
