WORTH THE EFFORT

Jason Miller notched a win in the King Shocks 39th SCORE San Felipe 250 despite having had a bad crash two weeks before the race that left him with a concussion and a dislocated hip. He was pretty limited in what he could do in the race, but being the rider of record for the team, he had to make the effort. Although he wished he could have done more, he was able to bring the bike off the start line and to the edge of town, at which point he handed it off to Shane Esposito. He then took it to Eric Hardin to ride his stretch, then handed the Honda CRF450X off to Jim O’Neal for a ride. Shane got back on for another stint before handing things off to Justin Morgan to take it to the finish with more than a two-hour class lead.
