Engine experts like Ray Field, Kevin Kroyer, Adam Wik, and Leon Patton can make horsepower from just about any engine, but their mastery of the minute details that make those engines last over a 1000 miles on the world’s toughest off-road race course is something that has taken them decades of experience. While there are many off-road engine masters building race-winning powerplants in every size and make, SCORE Journal salutes these four individuals who are currently making the sport better in every way.
